Illinois Valley Construction maintains all required licenses and insurance for construction services in Illinois. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Illinois Valley Construction at manager@illinoisvalleyconstruction.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in McLean County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in McLean County, Illinois, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
